- Today it is more important to understand the physical and spiritual laws of health because stress, mental health, heart disease, AIDS, diabetes, asthma and cancer are ravaging our society.
Teaching and Healing
When Christ sent out the twelve disciples on the first missionary journey, He bade them “As you go, preach, saying: the Kingdom of God is at hand. Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give”. Matthew 10:7-8
Teaching Health Principle and Drug Information
Every gospel health worker should feel that the giving of information in principle of healthful living and drug information is a part of his appointed work because there is great need today in our society, and the world is open to it.
Christ used His Healing Ministry in reaching the people. He showed us that the poor, (uninsured) are to be relieved, the sick cared for, the ignorant instructed and to point sick sinners, men and women to the Cross for salvation.
This Health Ministry will seek to extend the Healing Ministry of Jesus Christ with teaching Health and Drug information services to others with words of Hope from the scriptures—God’s grace and mercy.
